8777bte Terms & Conditions — What Members Need to Know

8777bte (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online betting and lottery platform operated primarily for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 8777bte and its members.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A 5x wagering requirement applies.
• Reload Bonus: 50% bonus on every daily deposit, up to ৳3,000. 3x wagering requirement.
• Cashback: 15% of your weekly losses is automatically credited every Monday. No wagering requirements apply.
• Referral Bonus: ৳500 for every successful referral. Withdrawable directly.

The bonus must be active at the time of deposit to qualify. Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance will be forfeited. However, the original deposit amount can still be withdrawn.

• Lottery tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system for profit (bonus abuse).
• Hacking, phishing, or any other unlawful cyber activity.
• Sharing account credentials, passwords, or payment information with other members.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transaction.

If such activity is detected, 8777bte reserves the right to suspend the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

8777bte may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Refusal to provide KYC verification.
• Member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

To close your account, email our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before submitting your closure request.

Self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gaming policy are processed within 24 hours.

8777bte will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to the member's internet disconnection.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Any loss arising from a member's account password being compromised.
• Service interruptions due to natural disasters or force majeure events.
• Financial losses arising from betting or gaming.
